Dendoff has an immediate opening for trainees to learn and work within our Hot-wound Coil Spring and Leaf Spring manufacturing department.
With similar duties found within most metal fabrication plants, this job entails many aspects of a blacksmith’s position.
The use of forges, presses, coilers, rollers, grinders, benders, heat treatment ovens, wheelabrators, and even the hammer and anvil are all part of the everyday job.
This is best-suited to an individual who is strong, phsyically fit, and can manage heavy lifting.
This is an entry level position and training will be provided on the job. Wages will commensurate with time and experience.
Dendoff offers a full benefits program, including pension.
Starting wage is $22.40 per hour.
Monday to Friday shift. 40 hour work week. Hours from 6:30 am to 3 pm. Overtime is available.
For Applicants with relevent work experience, wages are negotiable.
